How Our Heatless Air Dryer Works?
The process starts with coalescing filters (5 micron and 0.01 micron) that remove bulk water and liquid oil from compressed air.
This pre-treated air then slowly goes into the adsorber tower (T1). Here it passes through a desiccant bed that traps moisture and gives out dry air.
After this, the dried air then flows through a 1-micron dust filter....this helps offer clean, dry compressed air for operations that are as smooth as butter.
But the desiccant can only hold a certain quantity of moisture. Therefore, it needs to be regenerated.
While T1 is drying, a portion of dry air from the second adsorber (T2) is expanded and redirected back to T1 - This purge air removes the stored moisture, preparing T1 for the next cycle.
Uniquely controlled valves & an automatic controller continuously keep this cycle going, helping offer a constant & smooth supply of dry, clean compressed air.
